14) Law Dell'Utri 1: Appellate plea bargain in 1998
In December 1998, right in the appeal trial of Senator Marcello Dell'Utri , condannalo in Turin to 3 years in first grade for the false invoices Publitalia, the lawyer Senator Valentine, a veteran of the law Sofri, presents a pro Dell'Utri in the silence of the center-left (one hand washes the other).
